CENTRAL PLANT AND SERVICE TUNNEL
The service tunnel will be functional providing access and connectivity to Central Plant, KACOLD, PW & EMS utility services.
By 2025 all of the services will be relocated to the New Central Plant. New Central Plant to be operational in order to accommodate all the services: Service Tunnel, Laundry Service and Utilities and Maintenance.
