Human Resource Services Division Internship

 

Introduction:

The Human Resource Services (HRS) Division – Riyadh supports the achievement of excellence in delivering the highest level of patient care through recruitment of highly competent and exceptional employees.  HRS is committed to providing support and services in terms of employee benefits and compensations, leaves, travel, and government-related transactions.  The Division ensures the compliance of the overall practices provided by Personnel, Employment, and Government Relations Departments.

 

Objectives:

  • Define an organizational structure that drives productivity
  • Developing effective coordination and communication within the organization
  • Dedicate time to finding the right staff and developing their skills base
  • Embracing wider societal and ethical developments

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Internship request letter from Intern’s sponsor
  • Saudi national or borne from Saudi mother only
  • GPA 3 out of 5 or above
  • Related Education is required to the field of business, HR, or relevant
  • Pass the interview
  • Pass KFSH&RC English Placement Test
