As part of its commitment to advance pharmaceutical research, the Clinical Studies and Empirical Ethics Department, (CSEED) of the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, is pleased to offer 5 hands-on training courses for users of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) during 2017.
At the conclusion of this course, participants shall understand the practical aspects of HPLC and LCMS analysis and their applications in bioanalysis. They should be able to carry out drug analysis in human plasma and interpret the results.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Persons currently working, or interested in working, in the fields of life sciences, pharmaceuticals, industrial, environmental, clinical, and forensics.
COURSE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
To be accepted into the course, candidates must hold at least an Associate’s Degree in science, medicine, health sciences, pharmacy or be enrolled in such programs and to be fluent in English.
COURSE CONTENT
The course is given in English and comprises hands-on training of High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry
HOW TO APPLY
- Complete the application form (or a copy thereof).
- Include a 1-2 page CV summary or a letter describing past experience, if any.
- Contact the CSEED to confirm the availability of seats before depositing the course fee.
- Deposit the course fee in the CSEED at Al Rajhi bank account number 114608010040049. Proof of deposit must be forwarded to the CSEED along with the application form.
- Fax or email the application forms, proof of deposit, CV summary to CSEED before one week of the selected date of the course.

The fee does not cover accommodations or transportation. In case of cancellation on or before 14 February 2017, One thousand Saudi Riyals (SR 1,000) will be refunded. There is no refund for cancellation after 14 February 2017.
