In our continuous efforts to provide the recruitment needs of the Organization, Employment Services managed to increase the number of candidate in process & arrivals as shown in the table below.

To engage specialized healthcare workforce, one of our innovative strategy is to expand the number of our recruitment agencies to source exceptional candidates to become part of our esteemed organization. Currently, three (3) new agencies are in process.

Moreover, the branding of KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.)’s through Recruitment Trips and Conventions have been conducted to maintain the healthy nationality mix ratio of Nurses. The recruitment team has visited UK, Czech Republic, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

Meanwhile, the Local Employment Office has been busy branding the Organization through job fairs. They have successfully participated in eight (8) job fairs. As part of our expanding sourcing methodologies and to keep pace with the evolving technologies and social media, we have recently launched the Organization’s LinkedIn page as part of our online Advertisement Campaign.

Employment Services is also committed in providing and developing solutions to optimize the recruitment process by developing a visa tracking system and take procedural business platform to convenience.
