The Administrative Services Division consists of a collection of multi-discipline individuals and seven essential departments that act as the central point of control within KFSHRC-J. We supervise tasks of multiple functions through regulation of costs, methods, risks, and manpower. Additionally, we continuously develop internal policies and procedures, service level agreements, and levels of operation across all functions of the organization. Moreover, we play a major role in reviewing and coordinating all strategic goals and objectives under our umbrella to ensure their alignment with the organization’s 2020 vision.
