Our established proteomics lab is the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is equipped with state of the art proteomics technologies including protein separation method by two-dimensional differential gel electrophoresis (2-DE) / 2-DIGE, JANUS automated robotic Mass Prep station, High through-put peptide mass fingerprinting (PMF) of protein identification by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry and SynaptG2 High resolution and High Definition MALDI Imaging System coupled with Nano Acquity Liquid Chromatography tandem mass spectrometry LC/MS/MS).
