Service description:

This service allows the patient to send his/her complaints and trach them in a simple way.

Access to Service

Mechanism of using:

  1. Click on access to service link
  2. If you are already registered in Sehaty, enter your user name (National ID/ Iqama number) and your password.
  3. If you are not yet registered, please click here and follow the instructions.
  4. Click on “Create your Complaints” link Under “We Listen to Your Complaint” title at the bottom of the page.
  5. “Create new Complaint” window will appear for you.
  6. Select the Hospital (Riyadh/Jeddah), and write down your complaint in the comments field. You can upload any document by clicking on the “Choose file” button, and then click “submit”.
