AMBULATORY CARE NURSING -ACN. Welcome to Ambulatory Care Nursing. Ambulatory Care Nursing is made up of fourteen clinical areas that represent the management of over ninety subspecialty clinics including Hemodialysis. This Ambulatory care facility is one of the largest in the world with over 500,000 patient visits per year. The nursing staffs that coordinate complicated testing schedules, assess patient compliance and teach patients about their medical conditions and the needed care manages approximately 40% of these visits. Nursing in the Ambulatory Care setting is provided on a team basis with all members contributing to the delivery of high quality patient care and education. Interpreters and Arabic speaking nurses are available to assist in teaching the patient population in Arabic.
