SCHS ACCREDITATION

The Saudi Commission For Health Specialties (SCHS) will accredit this Symposium.

AACME ACCREDITATION

The American Academy of Continuing Medical Education (AACME) has accredited this symposium for 11 hours with commendation (Transcript).

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

SCHS ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE

Certificate will of Attendance will be available on the final day of the symposium ONLY.  Please collect your certificate from the Symposium Registration Desk before you leave, as they will NOT be available after the symposium is over.

AACME CERTIFICATE

To obtain the AACME certificate, the following procedure must be adopted-

The AACME Attended Lectures Form includes a list of the lectures and the number of CME hours granted per lecture. 

The participant is responsible for putting a check mark next to the activities he/she attended.

At the end of the symposium, the completed AACME Certificate Instruction Form with the AACME Attended Lectures Form must be returned to the AACME Desk to claim the AACME certificate.
