EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
- To review and expand on current knowledge of common medical, pediatric, surgical and toxicologic emergencies;
- To become knowledgeable of and implement the latest diagnostic and management procedures for such emergencies;
- To better understand the vital role of nursing and pre-hospital staff in hospital and pre-hospital emergency care;
- To interact with local and international speakers in developing an evidenced-based practical approach to emergency care.
