Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it gives me a great pleasure and pride to welcome you to our "Third Annual Neonatology for Pediatricians Workshop". 

During the previous two Workshops where we have a huge number of attendees, the feedback, which we received from participants, was to continue this Workshop every year.  A lot of impressive remarks were given by the participants, which were looked carefully by the Organizing Committee.

This year we took into consideration the need to conduct two separate special Workshops on Nutrition and Respiratory Care.  These will be held on the first day of the meeting on a parallel session and will focus on didactic teachings, lectures, interactive discussions, case presentations and MCQs'.    Pre-registration is required for this activity as we have planned to have limited seats for 30-35 participants to ensure an effective group activity. 

On the second and third day of this Workshop, there will be state-of the-art lectures.  This year, we have emphasized on the subjects which were not covered in the previous years like cardiac diseases; its medical, surgical and long-term follow up, hematology, perinatal care, neurology, neonatal steroids, ethical issues and prenatal management of metabolic disease. These topics will be of great interest to pediatricians, family pactitioners and general pediatricians, obstetricians, perinatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists and other healthcare professionals.
