"First Gulf Nuclear Medicine Conference"
 01-03 March 2005/20 – 22 Muharram 1426

Goals and Objectives:

One of the objectives of this Conference is to establish a communication channel to promote the exchange of information and knowledge among nuclear medicine scientists and specialists throughout the Gulf area and neighboring countries.

Discussions and planning of creation of Gulf Nuclear Medicine Society will be one of the main objectives of this conference. Delegates from different countries will discuss the guidelines and by-laws of this society. The announcement and inauguration of the society will be in a later date after final agreements and finalizing of the official papers and procedures. The society will significantly promote nuclear medicine and emphasize its importance to related organizations, governments, medical specialists and the public by instilling confidence in the many benefits of nuclear medicine practice.

Venue:

The conference will be held in Prince Salman Auditorium, located at the Research Center, King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center. The Hospital is located in Olaya area, the modern shopping area of Riyadh.
