  4. To promote King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre as a center for excellence
  5. To provide a forum to share experience and knowledge in Nursing Informatics, Leadership and Practice

OBJECTIVES FOR THE PARTICIPANTS:

  1. Increase knowledge of current and future innovations in Nursing Informatics
  2. Increase knowledge of international trends in Nursing Leadership
  3. Enhance the utilization of research in Nursing Practice
  4. Provide a venue for national and international networking in Nursing

SCHS ACCREDITATION

This Symposium is accredited by the Saudi Council For Health Specialties (SCHS).  The numbers of CMEs are as following:

Day 1:

Day 2:

AACME Accreditation

The American Academy of Continuing Medical Education (AACME) has accredited this symposium with commendation for 17.00 Hours.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

SCHS ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE

Certificatewill of Attendance will be available on the final day of the symposium ONLY.  Please collect your certificate from the Symposium Registration Desk before you leave, as they will NOT be available after the symposium is over.

AACME CERTIFICATE

We will airmail it to you within two months of the symposium.

To get the AACME certificate the following procedure must be adopted:

The AACME Attended Lectures Form includes a list of the lectures and the number of CME hours granted per lecture.  It is your responsibility to put a check mark next to the activities that you attended.

At the end of the symposium, please return the AACME Certificate Instruction Form with the AACME Attended Lectures Form to the AACME Desk, complete with check marks next to the activities that you attend.

If you do not return the completed AACME Attended Lectures Form to the AACME Desk, you will not receive an AACME certificate.

SMOKING POLICY

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre recognizes the negative implications of smoking.  Therefore, our policy is  "NO SMOKING" in the Auditoriums, the Exhibition and Registration Areas, Dining Hall or Restrooms.
