TARGET AUDIENCE

The program for this symposium was planned to meet the needs of pharmacists, clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians from various institutions (managed care and inpatient facilities, outpatient clinics, and home care programs), as well as the pharmaceutical industry and academia.

ACPE ACCREDITATION

The Saudi Pharmaceutical Society is approved by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmaceutical education in "Pharmacy:  A Profession in Transition".   Symposium will provide 12 contact hours (1.2 CEUs).  Program No. 229-000-05-001-L04.  

Statements of continuing education credit will be mailed within 8 weeks to those who attended the program and complete and return the evaluation form.

GRIEVANCE POLICY

A participant, faculty member or other individual wanting to file a grievance with respect to any aspect of the program sponsored by SPS may contact SRCE Committee in writing.  The grievance will be reviewed and response will be returned within 60 days of receiving the written statement.   If not satisfied, an appeal to the SPS President can be made for a second level of review.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

SCHS ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE

Certificatewill of Attendance will be available on the final day of the symposium ONLY.  Please collect your certificate from the Symposium Registration Desk before you leave, as they will NOT be available after the symposium is over.

AACME CERTIFICATE

We will airmail it to you within two months of the symposium.

To get the AACME certificate the following procedure must be adopted:

The AACME Attended Lectures Form includes a list of the lectures and the number of CME hours granted per lecture.  It is your responsibility to put a check mark next to the activities that you attended.

At the end of the symposium, please return the AACME Certificate Instruction Form with the AACME Attended Lectures Form to the AACME Desk, complete with check marks next to the activities that you attend.

If you do not return the completed AACME Attended Lectures Form to the AACME Desk, you will not receive an AACME certificate.

SMOKING POLICY

The King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre recognize the negative health implications of smoking.  Therefore, its policy is not to allow smoking in the auditoriums, exhibition hall, registration areas, dining areas and restrooms.
