Symposium

Educational Objectives:

To present local and international experiences and improve existing knowledge in the field of pediatric and neonatal surgery.

To update the audience with the most recent and appropriate developments in pediatric minimal invasive and pediatric surgical oncology.

To emphasize the importance and increase the bond among the pediatric surgical society in the Kingdom.

To share ideas and up-to-date knowledge in the different fields of pediatric surgery with emphasis on thoracic, hepatobiliary, colorectal and pediatric urology subspecialties.

This Symposium is accredited by the Saudi Council For Health Specialties (SCHS).  The numbers of CMEs are 11 Hours, Council Eligibility Number (2005/0358) , and Date (12/1/1426).

AACME Credit Designation Statement

THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION (AACME) IS THE SPONSOR OF THE CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION PORTION FOR THIS ACTIVITY.

THE ACCREDITATION REVIEW COMMITTEE DESIGNATES THIS CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION ACTIVITY FOR A MAXIMUM OF "11.15" HOURS IN CATEGORY I CREDIT TOWARD THE AACME DESIGNATION.

EACH PHYSICIAN MUST CLAIM ONLY THOSE HOURS OF CREDIT THAT HE/SHE ACTUALLY SPENT IN THE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY.

SCHS Attendance Certificate

Certificatewill of Attendance will be available on the final day of the symposium ONLY.  Please collect your certificate from the Symposium Registration Desk before you leave, as they will NOT be available after the symposium is over.

Attending the full two-days conference is mandatory to get SCHS hours.

AACME Certificate

We will airmail it to you within two months of the symposium.

To get the AACME certificate the following procedure must be adopted:

The AACME Attended Lectures Form includes a list of the lectures and the number of CME hours granted per lecture.  It is your responsibility to write a check mark next to the activities that you attend.

At the end of the symposium, please return the AACME Certificate Instruction Form with the AACME Attended Lectures Form to the AACME Desk, complete with check marks next to the activities that you attend.

If you do not return the completed AACME Attended Lectures Form to the AACME Desk, you will not receive an AACME certificate.
