The Department of Pediatric in King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre are organizing: "Clinical Research Series Interactive Workshop 2018" 

Target Audience:  Students- Residents- Fellows- Nurses- Technologists- Assistants.

Registration: 

• Number of seats is limited” Pre- registration is recommended”.
• Confirmed applicants will receive a confirmation by e-mail after receiving their registration form & payment slip.
• The registration fees :
  • Physician/Pharmacists: 250 SR
  • Nurses/Interns/Technicians:
    • KFSH Employee: 150 SR
    • Non-KFSH Employee: 200 SR

Fill the registration form and deposit/transfer the amount to our hospital’s account (details mentioned in the form). Then email both form and payment slip to ramer@kfshrc.edu.sa and the registration will be completed for you.

Or

You may visit and present your registration form to the cashier desk in the hospital (ground floor) for fees payment. Then submit both registration form and the receipt to the Department of Pediatrics, Admin office 3rd floor, North Balcony, room# 34204.

Notes:

• Kindly be informed that the registration and attendance will be from 08:00 till 8:45 AM.
• It is recommended that you bring your smart device ( Laptop, I pad, smart phone etc..) which will be used for participating and taking notes during lectures.
• ( No hard copies materials will be given).
