Quality Management Division-Riyadh offers a variety of workshops that covers Quality main aspects including Patient Safety, Performance Improvement and Accreditation. The levels of the workshops range from advanced to basic, and attest to all the needs of healthcare personnel.

      • Learn to Use Tools for Assessing Performance/Process
      • Learn the Concept of Data Management Cycle

    • Basic Patient Safety Workshop Objectives:

      • Introduce key principles, core concepts, and underlying theories of patient safety and medical error
      • Outline major principles for systems thinking and reliable design
      • Describe human error categories and explain ways in which human factors engineering impacts safe process design
      • Explain the concept of Just Culture and its impact on organizational culture
      • Explain the proactive and reactive risk management tool as RCA/FMEA
      • Explain the severity assessment codes

 

  • ADVANCED PATIENT SAFETY WORKSHOP

    • Tuesday 30 October 2018
    • Tuesday 25 December 2018
    • Advanced Patient Safety Workshop Objectives:

      • Explain the proactive and reactive risk management tool as RCA/FMEA.
      • Introduce key principles and core concepts of the advance patient safety skills.
      • Outline the importance of the reactive and proactive patient safety/risk management tools.
      • Explain the proper way of conducting the RCA/FMEA.
      • Have hands on practice on how to conduct the RCA and FMEA.
