Healthcare Information Technology Affairs in collaboration with the Pharmaceutical Care Division at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre are pleased to announce the Go-Live for SEHATY Medication Refills on Sunday November 25, 2018 for all KFSH&RC patients in Riyadh and Jeddah.
The medication refill feature through SEHATY will enable KFSH&RC patients to request the refill of dispensable medications via pickup or courier (DHL). Also, it allows Family Medicine patients to request new prescriptions.
The aim of this service is to enhance our patients experience, improve the quality of our provided services, reduce patient waiting time, and reduce the load on the front line pharmacists at the windows.
