Contract Management Department is responsible for the procurement of Hospital purchases and execution of its projects and works at the most competitive cost and within a speedy time-frame. This shall be implemented pursuant to the applicable regulations in the Hospital in addition to the government Bids and Purchasing Law and all directions issued in this regard to ensure that all parties to the contract fully meet their respective obligations as efficiently and effectively as possible, delivering the business and operational outputs required from the contract and providing value for money and best terms and conditions. It also protects the rights of the parties and ensures required performance when circumstances change.

Contracts Management Department at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre employs the best practical scientific methods to limit all the risk factors. These risks should be closely monitored for constant changes according to the circumstances in relation to the economic, legal and operational systems in order to ensure optimum utilization of the Hospital’s resources. It is important to ensure that the Hospital can keep up with the financial and economic developments in the Kingdom considering the enormous expenditure of the Hospital on programs and projects as well as the technological innovations and advances.
