The Secretarial Pool Section provide qualified secretaries, based on availability of staff, for temporary coverage to the Hospital departments / division during periods of leave, sickness, or other short term absences of their regularly assigned secretaries.  This service is requested through “Request for Temporary Secretarial Help” Form# 939-04, which is available on-line.

Our mission is to participate in training and qualifying the new hospital assistants before transferring them to the target positions in the hospital.
