The Clinical Services administration’s goals are:

• To align Clinical Services departmental mission, objectives, and services to provide the highest level of specialized healthcare to our patients.
• To direct, empower, and motivate staff to fulfill their potential and meet the Organization’s goals and objectives.
• To promote innovation and improve operational efficiency within the Clinical Services Division.
• To highlight departmental services and promote streamlining of service to achieve required outcomes.
• To improve communication and collaboration within departments and between services.
• To assure compliance with hospital policies, by-laws, rules and regulations and standards.
• To promote education and research in the Clinical Services Departments.
