The Administrative Communications Section is one of the main sections in Office Services Department that provides incoming and outgoing mail delivery services such as ordinary, registered parcel, Al-Bareed Al-Mumtaz (EMS), postal stamp, newspapers, magazines distribution and courier mail to all Hospital departments, employee and their dependents.

The Administrative Communications sections also provide fax services, official incoming/outgoing correspondence and liaison services to Hospital-wide departments and other outside institutions. 

The main mission of the Administrative Communications Section is to provide Incoming / Outgoing Mail, Incoming Fax Services, Official Correspondence and Hospital Liaison Services to Hospital-wide departments and other institutions

To provide incoming /outgoing mail services such as Ordinary Registered, Parcels, Al-Bareed Al-Mumtaz (EMS), Postal Stamps, to all Hospital Departments, employees and their dependents. It also provides distribution of Newspapers and Magazines and Courier Mail to all departments.

To provide stamps and log all incoming and outgoing business mail for all the Hospital departments. To develop and implement procedures for handling damaged mail.
