Overview

Our group is composed of dedicated and passionate molecular biologists who are highly experienced in cancer research. We investigate the molecular basis of carcinogenesis and the cross-talk between cancer cells and their microenvironment, with the major aim of identifying more efficient and less toxic drugs tailored to tumor genetics.

Precision Oncology With Immune Therapy and Chemotherapy Drugs That Minimize Toxic Side Effects

While cancer drugs can be life-saving, their lack of specificity can lead to unwanted toxicity and organ damage. Our research looks into other modes of therapy, like monoclonal antibodies and cytokines, that can be used in a targeted manner, effectively killing cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue. We also explore drug combinations that are more protective than traditional chemotherapy, in addition to discovering biomarkers that will help clinicians identify and treat the most aggressive forms of cancer.

Our Team

Our specialists are committed to delivering pioneering treatments and personalized care, guided by the belief that every patient deserves world-class medicine alongside the empathy and support to face cancer with confidence.
