Summary

Oversees recruitment activities for all the vacancies within the Hospital. Ensures organised recruitment of qualified candidates against open positions through direct, advertisement, or contracted agencies. Effective recruitment standards are guaranteed by implementing the Hospital's policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Receives applications from designated recruitment source to help and create a databank of potential candidates and develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance.
  2. Pre-screens applications through reconciliation against specialized job descriptions to source core competencies and compile a short list of suitable candidates for further review.
  3. Administrates facilitates, andconducts English language tests to determine applicant’s suitability in thedynamic working environment of the Hospital.
  4. Conducts and arrangespre-screening face-to-face or telephone interviews before recommending applicationsfor review to the concerned departments if required.
  5. Maintains all relevantapplicant data, interview scores and candidate updates in the Oracle HumanResource Management System (Oracle - HRMS) application.
  6. Initiates Employment offerletters detailing the benefit package and eligibilities based on grades, zones& positions.
  7. Monitors, updates, andreceives the offer acceptance against generated offer letters within theestablished acceptance period to fill vacant positions by the policy and procedureof the Hospital.
  8. Conducts reference checks fromthe primary source to facilitate the recruitment process if required.
  9. Arranges and organises Medicaltests review of applicants with Family Medicine and notify applicants or agencyof their suitability for employment as required.         
  10.  Maintains accurate and clearrecords of visa utilization of new hires when required.
  11. Provides backup support to theManagerial Level in attending and scheduling visits to universities, job fairs,or conferences that will help elevate the Hospital's reputation worldwide ifrequired.           



Education

Bachelor’s Degree in HumanResources Management, or other related discipline is required.

Experience Required

Grade 09: Three (3) years of related experience is required.


 Grade 10: Five (5) years of related experience, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.
