ADAR1 Silencing for Cancer Immunotherapy

ADAR 1 highly expressed in immune suppressive cancers like TNBC, Hepatic, Leukemia and Gliomas and promotes suppression of innate immunity against cancers. ADAR 1 deletion induces viral mimicry (Interferon response) that potentiate the efficacy of immunotherapy. Currently no ADAR1 specific inhibitor exists, therefore we have designed a Cell Penetrating Peptide (CPP)-LNP conjugated ADAR1 siRNA for efficient ADAR1 depletion in cancer cells.
