Program Information

An approved two-year clinical fellowship program which trains the candidates to become proficient in the anesthetic care of high-risk neonates and children. This program consists of 14 months in the main operating room, in addition to rotations in cardiac anesthesia, pain management, intensive care, and exposure to off-site pediatric anesthesia.

To ensure a successful clinical trial, please complete the following tasks:

1. Study Protocol: Carefully review and follow the detailed guidelines for the trial.
2. Case Report Form (CRF): Use the electronic CRF completion guide to accurately record data.
3. Subject Engagement: Prepare questionnaires or thank you cards to engage and appreciate participants.
4. Subject Insurance: Provide subject insurance certificates for participant coverage and well-being.
5. Ethics Compliance: Complete the National Committee of Bio Ethics (NCBE) form as required.
6. Financial Disclosure: Fill out the necessary financial disclosure forms for transparency.
7. Document Checklist: Prepare a letter list of required documents for easy reference.
8. Bilingual Support: Include a bilingual subject information form if applicable.
9. Investigator Brochures: Obtain and review informative materials about the investigational product.
