Family Medicine clinics and certain virtual clinics can be booked online through the hospital electronic patient portal or by downloading the KFSH App from the app stores.

KFSH&RC recognizes that patients’ visitors are an integral part of the treatment and recovery process. We encourage patients' families and friends to visit and ask visitors to adhere to the following instructions to ensure patients’ comfort.

Key visitor guidelines:

• Visitors must ensure they are in good health.
• If a visitor has had an infectious disease (such as Chicken Pox, Tuberculosis, Mumps, or Measles) within the last three weeks, they must inform the nurse prior to visiting.
• No more than two visitors at a time in the patient's room is recommended.
• Visitors should maintain silence or low noise levels during visits.
• Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to visit.
• Visitors are prohibited from bringing food to the hospital.
• Visitors must avoid using mobile phones during their visit.
• Visitors must keep the patient’s room clean and tidy.
