Program Information
The fellowship program provides experiences and tremendous tertiary care opportunities. It prepares the fellow to manage difficult problems in the field of head and neck oncology in both medical and surgical aspects. Along with medical education and research, the program provides exceptional surgical training with a large volume of surgical cases.
The main objective of the two-year training program is to develop healers and leaders in Head and Neck Surgery focusing on learner performance in reaching specific objectives. Concurrent activities include weekly and monthly didactic conferences: grand rounds, pathology conferences and radiology reviews, in addition to regular daily and weekly clinical and case based teaching, role modeling, journal club, and monthly morbidity and mortality meetings.
