Welcome to KFSH&RC (King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center) rewards system THANAA
By using our rewards system, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

(Thanaa) App is a new rewards system built specifically for KFSH&RC to reward exemplary employees and nudge the workforce of the hospital toward the mission and vision of KFSH&RC.

The points cannot be transferred to exchanges and cannot be traded anywhere.

Eligibility: Our rewards system is open only to KFSH&RC employees who have a hospital email address.

The USERS can EARN the points by direct transfer from the REWARD PROVIDERS after completing tasks or challenges or by showing exemplary behavior and work ethics.

The USERS can also ERAN points automatically after achieving targeted daily steps.

The USERS can SPEND the points in designated SHOPS in the hospital.
- The USERS can send and receive the points between each other.
- Each user will have his/her unique address, the Admin can see the balances but cannot move them.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Rewards are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
- Account information and security: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information, including your email address and digital wallet. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to do so.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the rewards system at any time and for any reason, without notice.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The hospital reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards system at any time without notice.
- The hospital is not responsible for any errors or malfunctions with the rewards system or digital wallets.
