Click on the "Access to Service " to go to Altakhassusi page

Enter
You can log in to “Altakhassusi” by using the Username/ National ID and password used in the National Single Sign-On (Nafath)

Click
Click on the "Altakhassusi Feedback Center Icon"  on the right lower corner of the page.

Click
Click on “post a complaint”.

Write
Select the Hospital (Riyadh/Jeddah/Medinah), and write down your complaint in the comments box, then click “submit”
