Suggestions & Complaints

This e-service enables patients to give their valuable feedback on health services. The suggestions & Complaints open a usually closed channel of communication between a patient and the KFSH&RC team, which benefits both alike. Also, a patient can keep a track of the status of his/her valuable suggestions & Complaints and see if any actionable improvement was undertaken based on the feedback shared.

Click on the "Access to Service " to go to Altakhassusi page

Enter
You can log in to “Altakhassusi” by using the Username/ National ID and password used in the National Single Sign-On (Nafath)

Click on the " Altakhassusi Feedback Center " Icon on the right lower corner of the page

Click
Click on " post a suggestion " or “post a complaint”.

Write
Select the Hospital (Riyadh/Jeddah/Medinah), and write down your suggestion /complaint in the comments box, then click " submit "
