Suggestions & Complaints

This e-service enables patients to give their valuable feedback on health services. The suggestions & Complaints open a usually closed channel of communication between a patient and the KFSH&RC team, which benefits both alike. Also, a patient can keep a track of the status of his/her valuable suggestions & Complaints and see if any actionable improvement was undertaken based on the feedback shared.

Click on the "Access to Service " to go to Sehaty page

Enter
If you are already registered on Sehaty, enter your user name (National ID/ Iqama number) and your password

Click
If you are not registered on Sehaty yet, please click on the “Sehaty Registration Steps” link in the Related Links box below and follow the instructions

Click on the " Sehaty Feedback Center " Icon on the right lower corner of the page

Click
Click on " post a suggestion " or “post a complaint”.

Write
Select the Hospital (Riyadh/Jeddah), and write down your suggestion /complaint in the comments box, then click " submit "
