Can I register to Al Takhassusi application services? And how?

Yes, you can by logging in through the NAFATH service www.iam.gov.sa 


How can I update my personal information on the Takhassusi App?

If you want to update your national ID or Iqama number, address, email, etc., please choose the My Profile service, then click on “Personal Profile” and update your data.


Why do I see amounts pending on my account in the Takhassusi application?

There may be pending amounts on your account. Please visit the hospital revenue office for follow-up and clarification.

 I logged in to the Takhassusi App and a blank screen appeared.

Please make sure that your personal data is correct and up-to-date, such as the national ID number, Iqama number, medical record number, etc. Then log out of your Takhassusi account. Refresh your browser and log in again. If the problem persists and still exists, please click on the help icon in the upper right corner to submit a technical problem request or call the following number: 199019 for further assistance.

I cannot register my son in the Takhassusi services and I am asked to come to the Hospital.

According to the requirements for registration in the NAFATH service and for security reasons, all dependents and companions under the age of 16 cannot register, as a parent is required to visit the registration office in the main hospital to register his child.

 

How do I request my reports? How can I obtain all my medical reports?

Log in to your Takhassusi account and click on the required service, such as laboratories or Reports & documents, then click on the “Details” button.

You will be able to view or print these reports. For other documents, choose the reports and documents service request the report through the “Request” icon, and choose the doctor and the reason.


I don't see my dependents list.

If your dependents are over 16 years old, they need to allow you to access through their own accounts by clicking on the profile icon to allow you access in order to view the information and data. If your dependents are under 16 years of age, for security reasons they cannot register via the Internet. Therefore, a parent is required to visit the registration office at the main hospital to register his child, as registration requirements through the NAFATH service are not available for users under 16 years of age.

How can I refer my medical case to King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center?


You can submit your reports, or the reports of another patient, through the Ehalat - Patients' Medical Acceptance platform https://kfshrcsystems.kfshrc.edu.sa/ehalahweb/ 

By entering your national ID or Iqama number and your date of birth, then submit the application. A verification text code will be sent to the mobile phone registered in the Absher service.

 

What are the requirements to submit my medical condition?


You should select a new request then fill out the electronic form and attach a copy of your national ID or Iqama, as well as a copy of the medical report updated for a period of three months in English.


Can I follow up on my medical referral request?


Yes, through the Ehalat - Patients' Medical Acceptance platform and after choosing to follow up after the registration process.

 

How do I reactivate a closed file?

When a file needs to be reactivated, recent medical reports have to be submitted explaining your condition to the appropriate departments for assessment and approval processes for your case. You can also share you medical reports through the treating hospital and medical authorities or through submitting your reports to the admittance centre at King Faisal Specialized Hospital and you will receive a reply within 48 hours.

Education e-Services

I applied for the Undergraduate Medical Education Program and the application was approved. Is this considered acceptance into the program?

Submitting your application does not mean that you are accepted, you will get notified on your application status and the action taken via email, in addition to sending notifications to your university coordinators.

When are the application results announced?

Applicants will receive the final decision on their applications via email after a period of two weeks from the last day of the submission.

If no time has been set for submission, is it possible for me to come in person with all my papers to apply through the hospital coordinator’s office?

Applications before or after the submission period will not be considered, nor Paper applications will be considered. Also, visiting the hospital’s undergraduate medical internship coordinator office directly is not allowed. Concerning any further matters, please contact your university coordinators.

How can I apply to a Postgraduate Program?

The application for the postgraduate program is submitted through the website of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties through the link

Where can I view professional development programs?

You can view this through the calendar of continuing professional development programs through the hospital’s official website via the link

My father is a hospital employee, can I benefit from the e-learning system "iLearn” and apply for some of the courses offered in it?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. This service is provided only to employees of King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, as it is necessary to use the hospital’s internal network and log in with the employee’s ID number and password.
