The primary mission of Neuroscience Centre is to serve society with the highest level of healthcare and best patient experience, for medical and surgical neurological disease, in an integrated educational and research setting.

Scope of Service

The Centre is structured into three sections that oversee education/training and coordinate activities across six IPUs and several subspecialty programs. There is a newly established research unit as well.

Adult Neurology:

Offers comprehensive and multidisciplinary clinical services in diagnosing and treating disorders of the central and peripheral nervous systems in adults. They diagnose, treat and manage a wide variety of neurological disorders including cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive disorders, epilepsy, headaches, movement disorders, neuroimmunology, neuroinfectious diseases, neuromuscular disorders, and neuro-oncology.

Pediatric Neurology

Offers comprehensive and multidisciplinary clinical services in diagnosing and treating disorders of the central and peripheral nervous systems in pediatric population. They diagnose, treat and manage a wide variety of neurological disorders including: congenital metabolic abnormalities, congenital birth defects, neurological developmental problems, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular diseases, neurobehavioral disorders, headaches

Offers leading edge of treating brain, spine and nervous system conditions for pediatric and adult patients, including comprehensive management of Brain tumors, skull base, pituitary tumors and functional. This service is fostered by state of the art smart operating room with intraoperative MRI, neuronavigational system, robotic microscope neuro-endoscopy and the future use of intraoperative focal radiation therapy.

Neurosciences - Clinical Programs:

Integrated Practice Unit – Epilepsy
