Summary

Provides technical support, advices and guidance to Utilities & Maintenance personnel who performs maintenance and management duties.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Analyses technical data and problems, and recommends solutions by using standard methods and techniques. 

2. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary for the efficient operation of facilities. 

3. Prepares and reviews necessary reports and implements solutions, as required. 

4. Coordinates with related personnel and outside contractors to ensure safe and reliable operating equipment and systems. 

5. Implements, monitors and updates the Hospital utilities consumptions and suggests cost reduction if possible. 

6. Recommends and reviews technical drawings and product data. 

7. Prepares technical specifications for maintenance contracts. 

8. Coordinates with Utilities & Maintenance Heads/Supervisors for critical technical problems and provides technical support and advices as required. 

Education

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or other related discipline is required. 

Experience Required

Three (3) years of related experience with Master’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
