The fellow is involved in the patient’s preoperative preparation and postoperative follow-up. Rehabilitation programs are instituted.

Consultant staff with various focused experiences increase the chances for a wider range of conditions and an occupied schedule for everyone. Fellows become experienced in their surgical skills and basic and scientific knowledge. In this fellowship, the candidate learns about commitment, ethics, skills, proper documentation and research.

The procedures done are unique in regard to complexity and implants used, taking into consideration that there are many procedures, some of which are performed exclusively at this Institution, like pediatric spine, brachial plexus, osteogenesis imperfecta and reconstructive rehabilitation for disabled children.
