The general e-services at KFSH&RC comprise four categories: certificate verification system for patients, health education services for information on health care, world-class reference laboratory, and validation of sick leave provision in order to serve the whole community and patients electronically.
Patient e-Services
The exclusive e-services for patients allows a patient to monitor and access all their medical information online. Whether a patient wants to change an appointment, cancel an appointment, gain access to his/her medical history, find previous records on lab tests or immunization, monitor hospital visits, look at the history of medication recommended by the hospital and much more at any time according to patients’ for convenience or in an emergency situation.

KFSH&RC has taken strong measures to ensure the accountability of the hospital for suppliers who are keen on submitting offers for items and services that are required by the hospital, whereby all suppliers can submit their offers online without visiting the hospital or filling out documents and forms.
