Introduction:

The Ambulatory Care Services Department (RAAS) at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSHRC) is dedicated to demonstrating and training new graduates on the methods and procedures followed at KFSHRC regarding scheduling appointments for all its clients.

Objectives:

• By the end of the training program, each trainee should be fully capable of:
• Being fully familiar with all RAAS functions and procedures.
• Being accustomed to the job functions and the applied practical work approaches used in the appointments sections and the contact center.
• In addition, each intern will be trained closely on the appointment process.

Duration:

• Six (6) weeks

Acceptance Criteria:

• Internship request letter from the intern’s sponsor
• Saudi national or born to a Saudi mother 
• A GPA of 3.5 out of 5 or above
• Pass the interview

Benefits:

• Medical coverage as per hospital policy
• Certificate of completion
