Adult Allergy and Immunology

King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre is a leading hospital in the Middle East for the management of patients with severe asthma, a variety of allergic diseases as well as patients with immune deficiencies and other complex immune system disorders.

The two- year fellowship in Allergy and Immunology is designed to train qualified medical residents in the field. Fellows will learn Allergy and Immunology as a basic science as well as in the clinical setting. This will include allergy testing, immunotherapy for allergic diseases, desensitization for drug allergy and food challenges, among other procedures.

There is opportunity to participate in ongoing research within the section of Allergy and Immunology. Training and supervision will be provided by highly trained faculty. At the end of the fellowship, the fellows will be able to work as independent practitioners with a thorough understanding of the field of Allergy and Immunology.
