King Faisal Specialist Hospital Signs a Collaboration Agreement With e-Government Program “Yesser”

His Excellency Dr. Qasim Othman AlQasabi , the Chief Executive Officer of the General Organization for King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, signed two collaboration agreements of two platforms " e-Correspondence System" and "Government SMS Gateway" with the Director of e-Government Program (Yesser) Eng. Abdul Aziz al-Shoaibi
Dr. AlQassabi emphasized at the signing ceremony which was held on Sunday November 6 2016 at the hospital headquarter where a number of executive leadership of both sides have attended - on the importance of expanding the application of the e-government concepts and heading towards the application of e-government transactions, due to the enormous benefits of e-Government concepts to the national economy.
The agreement will allow the "e-correspondence system" service to link administrative communications systems at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre with other government agencies in order to prepare correspondences & documents, and to share, store, track and recover them when needed. The Government SMS system service also allows raise the effectiveness of communication and interaction between the hospital and the patient, through the provision of SMS services in accordance with the best technical and security specifications to ensure the provision of efficient, fast and safe way to communicate and take advantage of this system.
The e-Government Program two platforms "e-Correspondence" and " Government SMS Gateway " aim to facilitate the exchange of information between government agencies and the beneficiaries of the services of the citizens and residents in the form of a highly efficient text messages and enjoy at the same time the highest levels of security and ease through the use of a unified government system.
