KFSH&RC Earns First Place for the Second-Consecutive Time in the e-Government Transformation Measurement- Qiyas

 King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre earned the first place for the second-consecutive time and ranked eleventh among 165 government institutions in the e-Government Transformation Measurement Qiyas 7, which is assessed by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology – The e-Government Program (YESSER) - that leads the e-Government transformation in Saudi Arabia and develops, implements and adopts a set of promising plans and strategies in cooperation with government agencies to achieve substantial progress in their e-transition journey.

Dr. Qasim Al Qasabi, Chief Executive Officer of King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre pointed out that achieving organizational excellence and improving the healthcare electronic services are a reflection of KFSH&RC continuous efforts to improve the speed of delivery, efficiency and productivity through automating its programs and services to accomplish a Government-led digital transformation, that is in line with National Transformation Program 2020 and Saudi Vision 2030 nationwide digital transformation.

Dr. Qasim Al Qasabi also indicated that King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre works continuously to develop and improve its services to eventually achieve the Integration Phase, which is expected to be completed in the coming phase. He also extended his thanks to all hospital departments, work teams and committees for their collaborative efforts to bring this great achievement into being. He also expressed his special thanks and appreciation to the department of Healthcare Information Technology Affairs for their consistent efforts and hard work in improving the e-services to enhance the patient experience and improve the level of services offered to all hospital stakeholders.
