The Research Centre Launches Al-Razi Training Program for Male and Female Students

The Research Center at King Faisal Specialist Hospital launched the ninth session of Al-Razi Training Program for male and female scientific students attracting 30 students.

 

Dr. Ali bin Nassir Alodaib, the director of the program, explained that the four-week training program includes scientific lectures and workshops as well as practical training in the laboratories under the supervision of the scientists at the Research Center. The program aims to train male and female students to some practical skills and to coexist in the actual workplace from a scientific and research prospective. It also offers students a chance to show their technical skills and opens up channels of cooperation between the academic institutions and the Research Center. Dr. Alodaib has also pointed out that Al-Razi Training Program will offer students accredited certifications from the Research Center stating the training program period and its type.

 

Dr. Alodaib added that Al-Razi Training Program is one of the summer programs organized by the Research Center for this year. The summer programs also include the Future Scientists Training Program, which targets high school students, Ibn Sina Training Program and Mawhiba Training Program in collaboration with King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity. Dr. Alodaib also mentioned that these efforts are in line with the objectives of King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, which strive towards a society that promotes youth responsibility, prepares a better future for the young people and offers different opportunities in the fields of medical science, research and what goes in line with the advancement of science and civilization.
