Electronic Appointment Booking and Cancellation through SAHETY Portal




 In an effort by King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre to enhance its effective communication with the service-beneficiaries and develop work mechanisms, the Healthcare Information Technology Affairs is pleased to announce the launching of the “Electronic Appointment Booking and Cancellation” service for the Hospital employees and their eligible dependents, as of Monday, 1 Ramadan 1440 AH, corresponding to 6 May 2019, through SEHATY, KFSH&RC Patient Portal.

The Electronic Appointment Booking and Cancellation” service makes it possible to better accommodate patients’ preferences by providing patients with more options and more flexibility when scheduling their appointments, without being physically present at the hospital in order to ease the process of appointments booking and cancellation and save time and effort.

Notably, KFSH&RC has recently launched a number of quality electronic services through SEHATY, KFSH&RC Patient Portal, like Requesting Medication Refill, in addition to other existing services like Viewing Laboratory Tests, Medical Conditions and Radiology Results, Printing Documents and Reports and many more, to make e-health a key factor in service delivery and development in line with internationally recognized health standards; in order to enhance healthcare effectively and efficiently and boost performance, which in turn will help improve health services provided to citizens and increase their satisfaction.
