Statement of visits

Statement of visits services keep track of all your previous visits, including outpatient, inpatient, and emergency visits. A patient can even request to access a statement of his/her visit, get a printout, and evaluate the same. It should be noted that the evaluation is allowed within 7 days of the date of visit and should be done within that time frame.

Steps

Access
Click on the "Access to Service " to go to Altakhassusi page

Enter
You can log in to “Altakhassusi” by using the Username/ National ID and password used in the National Single Sign-On (Nafath)

View
Click on" Statement of visit " link to view the summary of all your previous hospital visits (outpatients, inpatient, and emergency)

View
Click on the " Details " button next to each visit and click on the " statement of visit "button to view, save, and print the hospital visit statement
5
Request
You can also request a summary report of all your hospital visits by clicking on " View all visits " option available on the top right corner of each previous visits box
