Child Maltreatment Simulation Workshop: Enhancing Recognition and Response Workshop

The Child and Adult Protection Section is pleased to invite you to attend the Child Maltreatment Simulation Workshop:
Enhancing Recognition and Response workshop.

This workshop is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to enhance their ability to identify and respond effectively to suspected child abuse cases. Through interactive simulations, hands-on experience, and collaborative learning, participants will gain practical skills to improve their clinical judgment and decision-making.

Objectives:

• Enhance participants' ability to recognize signs and symptoms of different child abuse.
• Improve decision-making skills in identifying and managing cases of child abuse.
• Provide hands-on experience through simulation to reinforce learning.
• Facilitate inter-professional collaboration in the management of child abuse cases.
