Effective Continuous Improvement & Development Projects Program 2026 – Second Edition

The Quality & Performance Excellence Management is pleased to announce the opening of submissions for the Effective Continuous Improvement & Development Projects Program 2026 – Second Edition, under a unified framework designed to enable continuous improvement initiatives of various classifications. The program will be delivered through intensive workshops that strengthen shared responsibility, support monitoring of project implementation, and contribute to achieving tangible and sustainable results.


The registration period for this cycle will be from 3 May 2026 to 21 May 2026.


Upon acceptance of the submitted performance improvement projects, the project team leader will be notified by email and asked to register in i‑Learn to complete the following phases:

Submission and acceptance of any improvement project will be limited only to the registration period for this window, and participants must obtain approval from the Department Head / Direct Supervisor or Manager before applying.
Those who already hold an Effective Continuous Improvement (RPI) certificate are required to submit a new project and comply with all program requirements, including obtaining the necessary approvals and registering within the specified period.
Attendance and completion of all phases listed above are a mandatory condition for obtaining the Effective Continuous Improvement Coach (RPI) certificate.
Any exceptions related to attendance must be coordinated with Quality Management – Performance Improvement Section.
Each project will be registered under the team leader’s department.
