  1. Can I receive treatment at King Faisal Specialized Hospital and Research Centre?

    Yes. You can receive treatment at King Faisal Specialist Hospital. This will be after you share recent medical reports explaining your condition. We will then refer them to the appropriate departments for approval to accept your case. You can also send in your reports through your treating hospital and medical authorities or through submitting your reports to the admittance centre at King Faisal Specialized Hospital and you will receive a reply within 48 hours.

  2. How can I obtain treatment confirmation or follow up with respect to my treatment time?

    Your treating doctor will inform you in regards to the end of your treatment at the Hospital. You can also enquire directly by calling the contact centre at 92001231

  3. How do I reactivate a closed file?

    When a file needs to be reactivated, recent medical reports have to be submitted explaining your condition to the appropriate departments for assessment and approval processes for your case. You can also share you medical reports through the treating hospital and medical authorities or through submitting your reports to the admittance centre at King Faisal Specialized Hospital and you will receive a reply within 48 hours.

  4. Can I register to benefit from “SEHATY” services and how?

    Yes you can:

    1. Through using the website clicking “new user”:

    • Entering the following patient’s details and those registered at the hospital (Medical Number/ Identity Card Number/ Iqama Number/ Mobile Number)
    • An authentication code will be sent to the patient’s mobile
    • The patient will enter the activation code
    • The account will be reactivated and the patient can set up his or her own password straightaway.

    2. Or through the registration clerk at the hospital:

    • The clerk will complete the patient’s details in the electronic services system
    • An authentication code will be sent to the patient’s mobile
    • The patient will pass the activation code to the clerk to complete the registration
    • The account will be reactivated and the patient can set up his or her own password straightaway or from home

  5. How can I view my future appointments?

    Simply by logging in to “SEHATY” which lets you view you future appointments by clicking the appointments option. A list of your future appointments will appear showing dates and times for each and every appointment.

  6. Does the Hospital provide accommodation to patients or their accompanying relatives in case of outpatient appointments?

    The Hospital provides accommodation to patients or their accompanying relatives in case of organ transplantation and those receiving radiology or chemotherapy with one accompanying person for each patient. Other patients will be provided accommodation as per availability. If there is no accommodation available, patients will be transferred along with one accompanying person to accommodation facility belonging to charity organizations.

  7. How can I get a transportation order?

    King Faisal Specialized Hospital doesn’t provide transportation tickets but we offer transportation letter directed to the health authorities in the patient’s health region, and in the case where the patients suffers from one of the seven diseases which are heart, liver, cancer, kidney, HIV, congenital defects and polio.
