Reset Sehaty Password

Service Description:

This service allows you to reset or change your Sehaty account password electronically without the need to visit the hospital or contact the Help Centre.

Access to Service

Usage Mechanism

  1. Click on "Access to Service" to go to Sehaty page
  2. Click on “Forgot Your Password” link on Sehaty page.
  3. Enter your Medical Record Number, National ID number or Iqama number and Mobile Number, then click “Next”
  4. You will receive a numeric verification code on the mobile phone number that you registered with.
  5. After that, you may reset your password.

To set a password follow these steps:

  • The password must be at least 8 characters long
  • The password must include letters and numbers
  • The password must contain one of these characters: (!، $، #، @), or capital letters.
