The Quality and Institutional Excellence Department is pleased to announce the launch of the Foundational Patient Safety Training Program. This initiative reflects King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre’s ongoing commitment to promoting safe healthcare practices and delivering high-quality patient care.

Program Highlights:
• Developed by the Saudi Patient Safety Center
• Accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (2 CME hours)
• Open to all staff, including both clinical and non-clinical employees

How to Access the Program:
1. Visit the Saudi Patient Safety Center platform: (Click here)
2. Complete the Fundamentals of Patient Safety training module
3. Download your certificate upon completion
4. Share a copy of your certificate with your direct manager
