King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSH) and Oracle Health today announced a shared interest in exploring a strategic collaboration to build an intelligent, continuously learning healthcare ecosystem that connects clinical, genomic, and research data. The announcement was made at the Oracle Health and Life Sciences Summit in Orlando, Florida.

The proposed collaboration would combine KFSH's clinical and research capabilities with Oracle's cloud, data, and AI technology to equip clinicians with timely insights at the point of care and help researchers accelerate the discovery of new treatments. The initiative would also support enhanced patient experiences, advance the healthcare transformation goals of Saudi Vision 2030, and strengthen Saudi Arabia's position as a global leader in healthcare innovation.

The proposed collaboration aims to address the growing challenge of clinical, genomic, and research data being spread across multiple systems, making it difficult to turn information into timely action. Oracle's secure cloud infrastructure, connected data platform, and AI capabilities would help KFSH bring this information together, equipping care teams with relevant insights at the point of care and helping researchers move quickly from data to discovery.

The organizations are exploring four areas of collaboration: connecting data across the healthcare ecosystem to enhance care coordination; advancing personalized medicine by using clinical, genomic, and research insights to tailor prevention, diagnosis, and treatment; applying responsible AI to equip clinicians with relevant information at the point of care; and accelerating biomedical discovery to bring new insights into patient care.

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre has been ranked first in the Middle East and Africa and 12th globally among the world's top 250 academic medical centers for 2026. It was also recognized as the most valuable healthcare brand in the Kingdom and the Middle East for 2026, according to Brand Finance, and listed by Newsweek among the World's Best Hospitals, World's Best Smart Hospitals, and World's Best Specialized Hospitals for 2026.
