Overview:
Heart Centre is holding a Women Heart Health Day titled "Be a Healthy Woman to Have Healthy Heart!" to educate the women about how to adopting heart healthy habits by making time to take care of yourself, even simple healthy changes in your daily habits, you lower your risk of heart disease and have more energy and stamina to enjoy your live with people you love.
